3.1 Course Availability

All training courses are subject to availability and minimum delegate numbers. We reserve the right to amend course content, pricing, delivery format or cancel a course with reasonable notice.

3.2 Booking and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you cancel more than 7 days before the course date, you may be eligible for a refund (subject to an admin fee).

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

  • Substitutions (nominating another attendee) are permitted at no extra cost.

  • In the event of CPSH cancelling a course, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, course materials, graphics, and branding on this site or used in our training are the property of CPSH (or licensed to us) and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You must not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any materials without prior written consent.
